Updated 25 October 2026. ShelfIQ is a private grocery-store operations app for NALBAT MELANIIA VOLODYMYRIVNA. It connects to the store server configured by the organization.
Authorized staff may enter employee names, contact details, account identifiers, permissions, schedules, working hours and pay estimates; customer names, contact details, addresses, customer-card identifiers, purchases and loyalty balances; supplier details; product photographs and stock evidence; and bookkeeping account numbers, balances, expenses, payment methods and transaction references. The server also records sign-ins and changes to store records with the employee identifier and time.
These records are used for store operations, access control, inventory, accounting records, staff administration, customer loyalty and audit history. Information may be linked to the employee or customer concerned. ShelfIQ does not collect payment-card numbers or bank login credentials, initiate bank payments, or submit fiscal receipts. Bookkeeping account references can contain bank account numbers supplied by authorized staff.
Store records are stored on the organization's configured server and in its backups. The app keeps a protected device copy and pending work for offline use. Authentication tokens are stored in the device Keychain. Passwords and optional employee PINs are stored as hashes on the server. Product and evidence photos selected for upload are sent to the store server; normalized product photos do not retain their original image metadata.
For the operating store, the configured connection uses HTTPS over a private Tailscale network. Access requires a store account and network authorization. The organization controls account permissions, server access, backups and device management. Apple may process device-management and App Store information under its own policies; Tailscale provides the organization's VPN service.
ShelfIQ contains no advertising or third-party advertising analytics and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. It does not sell personal data. Currency-rate lookups send currency codes to the National Bank of Ukraine's public rate service; no customer, employee or transaction records are included. Sharing or printing a document is initiated by the user through the device's available services.
The organization retains records for operational, accounting and audit needs and manages their retention and backups. Archiving an account or business record preserves historical transactions; it is not deletion. Ask the store administrator to correct personal information, disable an employee account, or address an access or deletion request. Removing the app does not remove server records or backups.
