ShelfIQ is the private grocery-store application for NALBAT MELANIIA VOLODYMYRIVNA. Installation is assigned through the organization's Apple Business device management.
For access, installation or store support, contact the administrator at denys.nalbat@kelavon.com. Do not email passwords, PINs or customer data.
Keep the store's Tailscale connection active on the iPad and the Mac server. Use the employee account issued by your store administrator. The Apple work account and the ShelfIQ employee account are separate. The Mac must remain powered, signed in and connected for devices to synchronize.
Review Pending work to confirm that operations have reached the server. A rejected operation must be reviewed before dependent changes can be sent. Account and loyalty balances show server-confirmed values.
ShelfIQ records cash and payments already completed on a separate terminal; it does not authorize card transactions or provide PRRO fiscal registration. Your organization manages app updates. Contact the administrator if an update is unavailable or the server cannot be reached.
